I have decided to do a series of videos dicussing each chapter in this book and how it affects what I, as an author, am writing. This is a nonfiction that connects Neurology with Writing and is not only important, but interesting and well written as well. I hope you enjoy this (long) video. I promise the rest will be shorter!
Please comment with any suggestions, ideas, constructive criticisms, etc.
Today, though it is my ‘day off from posting’ I did two BookTube videos in honor Alan Rickman. The first one was a sort of rambling tribute to his characters and what he’s brought into my life, culminating in the original purpose of the video…my two favorite quotes from a highly talented and seemingly giving man.
The Second video is about Harry Potter and is really a ‘tag’ video in which you are supposed to answer the questions posed about the Harry Potter Universe. I did…
As always, if you like any of my videos please let me know. Give me a thumbs up and/or comment either there or here. Tell me what you like or don’t like so I can up my game, so to speak. However, with these two videos I think the content is more about remembering and mourning a great artist…as with my David Bowie video on Tuesday…so these are really just a way to connect with other fans across the world.
I hope you are all having a fabulous week. May God bless you all.
Just like last Sunday, I have 3 writing goals and a TBR.
- At least 3 chapters of Paulonious Punk
- Organize one or two character sections of The Way We Were
- Edit and Perfect (as much as possible) The Siren’s Tale
Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
Bonus Goal…send a query or two out to agents!
If you would like to know more about these goals, check out my BookTube video below. As always, I would LOVE to hear from you so leave me a comment and let me know what you’re up to this week.
I saw this tag while cruising YouTube the other day and decided to make it my first ever tag video. You know, because its about NaNoWriMo! Woot Woot (pretty much anything to get the distraction going early this year.) Enjoy!
“oh look, another v-log from that dragon writer lady person…”
“really, more videos on storyboarding? Did we need that?”
Those are the reviews I imagine when I make these videos! However, you can’t get better if you don’t practice right?? Let me know if you have questions, suggestions, ideas for a blog (or vlog), etc. I love to hear from you!!!
